As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees, enforcing hotel policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect crime, and to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Conduct investigations into incidents and accidents, and prepare reports as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees, and respond to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a high level of customer service and to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous security experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Working Environment:

The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with exposure to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, and hazardous chemicals. The ability to lift moderate to heavy weights, bend, reach, and stand for long periods of time is required.
