Millwright Technician

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at MecTech LLC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance.

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Utilize low voltage systems knowledge to support electrical components of machinery.
• Work with hydraulic systems, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on equipment performance and needs.
• Perform stick welding tasks as required for repairs or installations.
• Analyze mechanical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

• Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is a plus.
• Proficient in hydraulics and low voltage systems.
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking is preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex mechanical issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
