Job Overview

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Cake Frosting Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our cakes are crafted to perfection for our valued customers. This position is integral to maintaining high standards of service by fulfilling production requirements. Utilizing a proprietary frosting recipe and adhering to established food safety protocols, the Frosting Specialist prepares our signature frosting and applies it to our delectable cakes using standardized techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Adheres to NbC's exclusive frosting recipes and application methods, consistently meeting productivity targets.
  • Utilizes measuring tools, commercial mixers, and pastry bags effectively to frost cakes.
  • Prioritizes cake orders based on scheduling and ensures timely frosting for walk-in customers.
  • Maintains an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the display case, ensuring proper par levels.
  • Follows guidelines for packaging, labeling, and storing frosted cakes, while also maintaining product rotation standards.
  • Monitors frosting supply inventory and communicates with management regarding restocking needs.
  • Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to uphold NbC quality standards and reports any quality control concerns.
  • Ensures cleanliness and organization of the workstation, preparing frosting supplies for subsequent shifts.
  • Complies with health and safety regulations and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Bakery hours are typically Monday through Saturday.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.


Full-Time Requirements:
  • One individual needed for approximately 35-40 hours per week, with availability required for Saturday shifts.
