Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Company, Local, State, and Federal mandates or programs to maintain a safe work environment
  • Directly supervise production associates and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures to meet quality standards
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to associates to create a culture of inclusion and engagement
  • Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, monitoring performance, and enforcing systems and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as industrial engineering, manufacturing, or business administration) or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bi-lingual
