About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Full-Time Onsite Health Technician at a construction site in The Dalles, OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to provide patient care and manage workers' compensation cases.
  • Facilitate Return to Work (RTW) programs and monitor treatment plans.
  • Work closely with outside medical providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients and employees.
  • Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor's Evidence-Based Medicine protocols.
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships.
  • Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
  • Pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
  • Documentation of care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools.
  • Case Management.
  • Medical charting.
  • OSHA record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Valid licensure for the position.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
  • Comfort working in a construction environment.
  • Proficiency in EMR software.
