About the Job

As a Dedicated Flatbed Truck Driver with Schneider, you'll enjoy a consistent schedule and reliable home time. You'll haul glass with Conestoga flatbed trailers, making 2-5 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load. Your Sunday-Friday work schedule will give you a great work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits

Our Dedicated Flatbed Truck Driver position offers a competitive pay package, including:

  • Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • A $7,500 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you'll need:

  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • To live within 100 miles of Owatonna, MN
  • A minimum of 3 months of Class A driving experience
