Job Summary:

Froedtert Health is seeking a highly motivated and committed Paramedic to join our team at NH-NEW BERLIN COMMUNITY HOSP. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient care by performing clinical and supportive functions.
  • Adhere to policy, procedures, and established standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent is required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Commitment to the highest ideals of the nursing profession in caring for patients.
  • Collaborative teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary group focused on patient care.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Exhibits strong decision-making skills.
  • Displays excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform while under stress.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to document accurately and concisely.
