Job Summary

The Cashier is a key member of the Hard Rock Cafe team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process customer transactions, including sales, payment processing, and making change, in accordance with Point of Sale (POS) and cash handling procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cashier stand, and ensure that all necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, using property procedures to ensure a positive outcome.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
