Job Summary: Randall Construction is seeking a skilled Structural MIG Welder to join our team in Apopka, FL. As a Structural MIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks using stick and MIG welding techniques.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Metal Fabrication: Perform MIG welding operations on various metals, mainly steel, to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and operate welding equipment and tools, including grinders and cutting torches, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Quality Evaluation: Inspect and measure completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience with MIG welding operations on various metals, mainly steel.
  • Skillset: Communication skills, time consciousness, dependability, flexibility, teamwork, ability to pass drug screen and reference check, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and adherence to safety procedures.

Salary and Benefits Package: Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive compensation, health benefits, insurance, matching 401(k), and paid time off.
