As a Traveling Medical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment, such as computed tomography (CT) scanners, to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate medical imaging equipment, such as CT scanners, to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical imaging
  • Current certification in radiologic technology
  • State license to practice as a radiologic technologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
