## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Cardiovascular and Surgical ICU team at Recruitics JB. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients requiring ICU admission, including those undergoing cardiothoracic, vascular, general, and head/neck surgery.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiogenic shock, STEMI/NSTEMI, and vascular stent and bypasses
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
