Key Responsibilities- Directs and manages patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Formulates care plans, sets goals, and educates patients and families on health care needs.
- Provides leadership and direction to a team of caregivers, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of experience in a MedSurg Tele environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $44.20.
