Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Havre, MT location. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, and suggesting products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales by suggesting products to customers and providing product knowledge and demonstrations.
  • Stock and merchandise products, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Safeguard company assets, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or outdoor industry setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and sales generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and carry 0-15 lbs. continuously, 15-30 lbs. frequently, and 30-55 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 55 lbs.
  • Must be 21+ years of age to work around firearms.
