Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to individuals with a variety of physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate referrals as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or questions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to maintain expertise and provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado.
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Previous experience in orthopedic or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.
