About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team at Daniel Stark Law. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, handling personal injury cases, and working closely with our support staff to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch legal representation to clients in personal injury cases
• Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to build strong cases
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes
• Collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless case management and client communication
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide exceptional service to our clients

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
• At least 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong track record of success
• State bar certification in Texas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
