Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing their needs.
  • Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote the brand inside and outside the store.
  • Assist with all functions within a retail store, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits.
  • Ensure a clean and well-stocked store for customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail environments and customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
