Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of intricate customer and government contracts, ensuring that both financial and technical goals are achieved.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate financial and engineering activities for assigned programs.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to guarantee that projects are finalized on time and within financial limits.
- Establish operational strategies and implement corrective measures to achieve sales objectives, gross margins, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor projects from inception to completion, addressing technical issues with clients and formulating recovery strategies as necessary.
- Assist in new business proposals and collaborate with functional teams, department heads, and senior leadership.
- Manage multiple programs, overseeing costs, methodologies, and team performance.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (BS) in engineering or a related technical discipline is required; a Master's degree (MS/MBA) is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant Program Management experience is essential.
- Certifications: PMI certification or an equivalent credential is preferred.
