  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to guarantee that projects are finalized on time and within financial limits.
  • Establish operational strategies and implement corrective measures to achieve sales objectives, gross margins, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Monitor projects from inception to completion, addressing technical issues with clients and formulating recovery strategies as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (BS) in engineering or a related technical discipline is required; a Master's degree (MS/MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant Program Management experience is essential.
  • Certifications: PMI certification or an equivalent credential is preferred.
