Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at NURSEFirst. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various imaging modalities
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and immobilization
  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and fluoroscopy units
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Completion of a radiologic technology program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
  • Certification in radiologic technology, such as ARRT (R)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
