Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in understanding and maneuvering through the healthcare system, providing guidance and support at each stage of their journey.
- Act as a bridge between patients and healthcare professionals, enhancing communication and ensuring patients are well-informed about their treatment choices.
- Organize appointments, referrals, and follow-up care to facilitate smooth healthcare processes.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of patients, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and support services.
- Accompany patients to their appointments as needed.
- Provide education to patients regarding their medical conditions, treatment plans, and available resources.
- Keep accurate and current records of patient interactions and services rendered.

Qualifications:
