About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Actalent as a Pharmaceutical R&D Chemist II, where you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing laboratory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies, analysis, validation, stability testing, and industry trials in accordance with Quality by Design (QbD) standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support key performance indicators (KPIs) for laboratory and operational functions.
  • Assist in scaling up projects to commercial levels.
  • Create and review technical documents such as analytical method development reports, validation protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science.
  • 4+ years of industry experience.
  • 3+ years of HPLC, GC, FTIR experience.
  • Experience using chromatography software (Empower 3) is a plus.
  • Previous technical writing experience and ability to present data to internal and external customers is a plus.
  • Previous pharmaceutical/FDA drug experience is a plus.
