At Adams Electric Company, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules and contract documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct electrical work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

• Coordinate with other trades and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to verify safety and compliance.

• Prepare and provide documentation, including safety reports and project schedules.

• Interpret and track project schedules to provide forecasts and manpower requirements.

• Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction requirements.

• Track and complete weekly time sheets and manage materials and supplies.

• Supervise, coordinate, and assign activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temp workers.

• Assist project managers in selecting and contracting with subcontractors and oversee their work.

• Proactively confer with management, trade partners, and other departments to coordinate work activities and prevent/resolve problems.

• Analyze worker performance, identify production problems, and recommend solutions.

• Train workers in construction methods, safety procedures, and company policies.

• Maintain basic computer skills and provide input and supervision of the BIM process and installation.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (G.E.D)

• Licensure as an electrician or 4-10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience.

• OSHA 30 certification.
