The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals of the unit. As a designated leader, this individual is responsible for the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to ensure the safe operation of the department
  • Implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care
  • Promote a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors
  • Maintain clinical and professional competency
  • Develop and implement strategic goals for the unit

Requirements:

  • Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability
  • Certifications as required by designated unit assignment
