Catering Attendant

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth execution of catering events at Stephen F Austin State University. As a Catering Attendant, you will be responsible for assembling and delivering food and supplies, maintaining accurate food temperatures, and providing friendly and courteous service to guests.

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure food safety.
• Arrange tables and decorations to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile.
• Thoroughly clean the location after each event.
• Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility in a timely manner.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Previous catering experience is preferred but not required.
