Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and managing emergencies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • One year of nursing experience in a healthcare environment.
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure within 60 days.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA).
