Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Mechanical Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, managing crews, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and implement plans in real-time
  • Manage crews and ensure efficient project execution
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork systems
  • Braze, weld, and perform extensive material handling
  • Install air conditioning and heating systems, VRF systems, and other related equipment
Requirements
  • Clean DMV record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Good work ethics and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work out of town on occasion
