Fusion Innovation is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sponsor's organization responsible for championing governance and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with service owners and product managers to create Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure operational compliance in both fulfillment and detect to correct.
  • Lead workforce engagement and collaboration efforts.
  • Provide technical writing and customer engagement support, serving as the front door for human quality assurance.
  • Identify gaps in capabilities and strategic needs in relation to the strategic direction.
  • Develop and present complex technical documents, procedures, reports, and briefings.
  • Convey complex technical topics to individuals and groups with varying levels of technical expertise.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Expert in process analytics for IT engineering, service delivery, and operations management.
  • Ability to transcend documenting processes and lead process improvement efforts.
  • Proficient in technical writing and customer engagement support.
  • Ability to review customer feedback to identify pain points and propose solutions.
  • Deep understanding of IT Network systems and supporting network operations applications.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across enterprise organizations at all levels.
