Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive dentistry services, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
  • Lead a team of dental professionals, including a dental hygienist and dental assistant
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to achieve shared goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of IL
  • Clinical knowledge and experience in comprehensive dentistry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and lead by example
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
