  • Lead Safety Teams: Lead teams of contractors and safety professionals to ensure effective safety management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop Safety Programs: Develop and implement life safety requirements and controls to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Facilitate Training and Presentations: Facilitate training and presentations for site personnel to ensure they are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Update Safety Logs and Reports: Update safety logs and write safety reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in Incident Investigations: Participate in incident investigations and analyze incident reports to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
  • Implement Corrective Actions: Implement corrective action procedures and track progress on corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure Effective Communication: Ensure strong communication between RUKCO team, site personnel, and client project management to ensure effective safety management.
Requirements
  • 3 Years General Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in General Industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience Representing Owner-Level Partners: Experience representing and working with owner-level partners and clients.
  • Focused Experience in Steel Fabrication, Construction, or Manufacturing: Focused experience in Steel Fabrication, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Industry Certifications and Accreditations: Industry certifications and accreditations such as CHST, OSHA 510, etc.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
