Position Summary

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, offering a hybrid work model. Be part of a diverse workforce committed to fostering student success and development. Collaborate closely with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to streamline the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruitment team with various administrative duties
- Facilitate communication among recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
- Support the posting of job advertisements and the upkeep of applicant databases
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Familiarity with HR management systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and coordinate multiple projects
- Frequent multitasking and extensive use of computer systems
- Comfortable in a moderately noisy work environment
