We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Royal Hotel Investments of Covington. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and break down the breakfast buffet each morning, ensuring that all food and beverage items are well-stocked and presented in a clean and organized manner.
  • Carry coffee pots and beverages throughout the room, refill guests' cups and glasses as needed, and remove used dishes and utensils.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Clean the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and buffet bar, as needed, and empty garbage.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in food service is preferred.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers.
  • A strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
