Job Overview

Integral Hospitality is seeking a skilled Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laundry Operations: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linen and textiles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stain Removal and Fabric Care: Utilize specialized procedures to remove stains and ensure the longevity of our linens.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of linen and laundry detergent inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including the laundry area, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Customer Service: Anticipate and respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Stock the back office with linen and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment, as well as the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds unaided.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational and time management skills, a personable disposition, and a knack for customer service.
  • Availability: Ability to work any shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
