As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals and regain their independence.
Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, following the established plan of care.
- Work closely with occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Observe, record, and report patient progress to the supervising OT, nurse supervisor, and/or physician.
- Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team as needed.
- Instruct patients, family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals on therapy techniques and strategies.
- Current OTA licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
