Job Responsibilities:
  • Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in various healthcare settings
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care
  • Assist with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
  • Support patients with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor patient vitals, intake/output, and blood glucose levels, and document any changes
  • Notify supervisors of any issues requiring a change in care, medication, or equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a medical facility
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
