Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, creating personalized treatment plans and reviewing outcomes
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to discuss client progress and discharge planning
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients as needed
  • Lead IOP group sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as DBT, TF-CBT, and ERP
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide empathetic and effective care

Requirements:

  • Fully licensed within the State of Nevada (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Experience with relational, experiential, and systemic modalities preferred
  • Well-versed in DBT, TF-CBT, and ERP, with confidence in integrating these approaches into treatment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults
  • Experience delivering therapy over video a plus
  • Ability to work between 10-20 hours per week during program hours
