Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Flex Security Officer to join our team. As a Flex Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive environment and experience for guests at assigned client sites. You will gain a broad and specialized knowledge of various posts and have the opportunity to develop career paths for further growth within the company.
Responsibilities- Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites, ensuring client property and personnel security and safety.
- Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
- Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site regarding personnel, visitors, and premises.
- Control access to client sites or facilities through the admittance process.
- Patrol assigned sites on foot or in vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- Respond to fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
- Prepare logs and reports as required.
- Meet city/state requirements and/or certifications to perform guard duties.
- Have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable means of communication.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
