Universal Banker

The Universal Banker plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and financial solutions to clients. As a key member of the FirstBank team, this individual will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient transaction processing, identifying customer needs, and selling bank products and services.

• Customer Needs Identification: Identify customer needs and provide guidance on bank products and services, using established guidelines and service standards.
• Transaction Processing: Assist customers with transactional needs, including answering inquiries and performing tasks according to established guidelines and service standards.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with community businesses and consumer clients, achieving personal and branch targets and goals for new accounts and teller operations.
• Service Excellence: Model consistent, distinctive service to all customers, delivering the FirstBank service experience.
• Operational Support: Support Financial Center Manager operations, performing Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Practice and foster safe and sound bank procedures, adhering to applicable laws and regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year, with specific bank experience preferred.
• Certifications and Licenses: Notary preferred.
