Head Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Threshold Restaurant. As a key member of our beverage operations, you will be responsible for leading our bartending team and creating an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead and manage the bartending team to ensure exceptional customer service and quality drinks
• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and recipes
• Manage inventory, ordering, and inventory control
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

• 2+ years of experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktail techniques
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Competitive hourly rate of $17 plus 1 point per hour in full house weekly tip pool
• Relocation bonus of $2,000 for candidates moving from outside Sullivan or Delaware counties
• 40 hours of accrued sick time annually
• 5 weeks of paid time off, including 2 weeks in April, 1 week in November, and 1 week in December, plus 1 week at the employee's discretion
