Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as overtime opportunities and paid time off.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic exams using portable x-ray equipment, generating clear imaging results, and ensuring the wellbeing of patients throughout the procedure.

You will also travel to various healthcare facilities, operate company-owned vehicles, and perform electrocardiograms using portable ECG equipment. Additionally, you will monitor equipment performance, review exams for quality, and ensure timely availability for interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and radiographic exams using portable x-ray equipment
  • Responsible for generating clear imaging results through proper use of equipment
  • Ensure the wellbeing of patients by keeping them calm and informed throughout the x-ray procedure
  • Travel to various healthcare facilities, operating company-owned vehicles
  • Perform electrocardiograms using portable ECG equipment
  • Monitor equipment performance and takes the appropriate measures to have problems resolved
  • Review and ensure exams are high quality and available for interpretation in a timely fashion
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a certificate or associate's degree from an accredited school of radiology, state certification, ARRT license, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

You should also be able to work independently and in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with technologists, staff, and management teams.
