About the Role

The Clinical Revenue Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, industry trends, and best practices in revenue management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to improve revenue cycle metrics, including denial rates, days in A/R, and cash collection rates.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and develop actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide training and support to clinical staff on revenue cycle processes and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clinical teams.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems.
