We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CVS Health. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our communities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the autonomy to run your own practice with the guidance of our collaborative team. You will be responsible for providing primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals and families
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
  • Perform routine examinations and health screenings
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish (dependent on market)
