We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our esteemed team at Sapphire at Liberty Pointe. This role is pivotal in ensuring the well-being of our residents in a community-based care setting.
Compensation and ShiftsCompensation ranges from $40 to $53 per hour, based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Flexible shift options include 12-hour, 10-hour, or 8-hour night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver primary nursing care to residents with diverse medical backgrounds.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions.
- Administer medical interventions for urgent needs.
- Implement and adhere to orders from Primary Care Providers.
- Communicate effectively with external providers, including families and healthcare agencies.
- Assist in overseeing health services staff as necessary.
