Position Summary

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for an Associate Attorney specializing in Litigation at YOKA | SMITH, LLP. The selected candidate will be tasked with delivering legal counsel, performing research, engaging in negotiations, and advocating for clients in diverse legal issues. The ideal applicant should possess 1-5 years of relevant litigation experience, demonstrating the ability to manage their caseload independently and effectively. Opportunities are available in both our Los Angeles and Irvine offices. Compensation will be aligned with the candidate's experience level.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient legal skills in Litigation, Labor and Employment Law, and Legal Consultation
  • Strong Research and Analytical capabilities
  • Expertise in Negotiation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution
  • Admission to the Bar in the state of California
  • Previous experience in a law firm is advantageous
