Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coach Maintenance Team Members: Provide guidance and support to our maintenance team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations, including GMPs, HAACPs, and OSHA standards.
  • Maintain a Safe and Efficient Work Environment: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the safety and efficiency of our maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to Work Flexible Hours: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
