Vail Resorts is a world-leading resort operator with over 40 destinations across three continents. As a Ticket and Product Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences while selling activities, tickets, passes, lessons, and childcare services.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. You will be responsible for communicating with guests via phone and email, accurately processing resort products and services, and completing daily end-of-shift audits.
  • You will have the chance to work in various areas of the resort, including contact centers, ticket/pass offices, and throughout our mountain operations.
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 per hour, which may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions and standing for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
