Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety training programs and provide guidance on safety best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain safety metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to site leadership and project teams on safety-related matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a safety role in the construction industry, with a focus on solar construction.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
