Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members during a shift to ensure excellent customer service, quality food, and a clean restaurant environment. You will be the face of McDonald's, representing our brand and values to our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness during a shift.
* Provide coaching and feedback to crew members to improve their performance and skills.
* Manage inventory, labor, and cash handling during a shift.
* Communicate effectively with crew members, customers, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
* Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
