- Supervise and direct Patient Care Technicians and clerical staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Current licensure in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the State of IL.
- One or more years of experience as a RN, with a focus on dialysis care.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
