About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Pedagogy Specialist to join our team at Titan Industries. As a key member of our team, you will provide intensive social and pedagogical support and guidance to participants within a social security-protected employment program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual case assistance and crisis intervention to participants
  • Support social integration by involving the social environment of participants
  • Conduct group events and trainings, such as job application trainings and coaching
  • Promote the integration of participants into the training and job market
  • Set and track goals, document them accordingly, and handle reporting and other related administrative tasks
  • Engage in networking activities for the benefit of participants and the company
  • Work closely with colleagues involved in the program

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Special Education, Rehabilitation, or Special Education, or a degree in Education with relevant focuses
  • Experience as an educator working with the target group
