About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Experience Cooks/Prep Cook to join our team at La Casona Mexican Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards. You will also assist in the preparation of ingredients, set up and stock stations, and clean and maintain work areas and equipment.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will also need to be knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation regulations, and have the ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities:
  • Food preparation and cooking.
