Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations of patients.
- Updating and managing patient care plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintaining proficiency in the Medicare PDPM framework to address all patient-related needs effectively.
- Documenting patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications:
- Valid Dietitian License in the state of Ohio.
- Strong time management capabilities.
